Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at ACCO Engineered Systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services, from conceptual design through construction completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design and Development
    • Design and develop complex mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
    • Ensure designs meet building codes, energy codes, and LEED standards.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Apply advanced technical knowledge to resolve complex engineering problems.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including project managers, construction teams, and clients.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC design and development.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
    • Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
