Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests
- Interact with all guests, welcoming them to our hotel and assisting with luggage and check-in
