The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Enterprise Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness in a specific territory. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to meet or exceed sales quota requirements
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, premise visits, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Solutions/Technology experts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to win new business from existing accounts
  • Provide input to sales management on trends and changes within customer organizations and make recommendations for future courses of action
  • Leverage strategic client relationships and external presence to achieve Lumen's strategic imperatives
  • Leverage your external network to identify and recruit high-performing talent to the team and build internal relationships with other leaders to provide win-win career opportunities to Lumen employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills, as well as proficiency in selling to the close
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong business acumen and expert knowledge of Lumen's products, services, and solutions
