At Kinetic Personnel Group, we are seeking an experienced Order Entry Clerk Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Summary:

  • Track shipments using proprietary job tracking systems.
  • Log and direct new orders to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage inventory supplies and report low levels for reordering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble kits, package items, and prepare shipments.
  • Support production tasks, including shrink wrapping, folding, collating, and bundling.
  • Verify completed jobs for accuracy and report any reprint needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of file clerk/administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $19 - $22 per hour.
