Job Description

HR Direct Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Production Control Department, ensuring efficient data management and accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Process and input daily production reports, material usage records, downtime records, QC analysis data, and throughput information from all 4 plants.
  • Production Reports: Generate daily and weekly production reports, reviewing them for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Upkeep: Maintain and update data files using Microsoft Excel, guaranteeing data integrity.
  • Document Custody: Organize and safeguard departmental documents, encompassing product standards, item masters, and additional reports.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in office settings, preferably in relevant roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Possess adaptability and teamwork spirit.
Compensation Package:
  • The annual compensation for this position is $65,000.
