Job Description

We are a dynamic organization looking for a skilled Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, including processing payments, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts.

Your duties will include:

  1. Processing and monitoring incoming payments
  2. Preparing monthly billing statements
  3. Following up on overdue payments
  4. Reconciling accounts receivable
  5. Resolving member billing issues
  6. Working with outside bookkeepers to track invoices and pay bills
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
