Position PurposeAs a Regional Branch Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external members by identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate Credit Union solutions. This role involves overseeing the planning, organizing, and providing indirect supervision of branch staff while guiding Branch Managers to achieve a strong growth plan through relationship development.
Key Responsibilities- Exhibit outstanding member services skills by applying Granite Credit Union Service Standards and Core Values.
- Assess branch processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and implement staff development initiatives, including scheduling, coaching, training, and professional growth.
- Provide ongoing support to branches, offering guidance on daily operations and processes.
- Facilitate physical changes to new and existing branches, and assist with the opening of new locations.
- Collaborate with branch managers and the COO to establish service levels, operational targets, and budget goals.
- Work closely with the Human Resources and Training Director on hiring, scheduling, training, and developing branch managers and staff.
- Identify and address substandard performance by counseling staff, encouraging input for corrective actions, and monitoring for improvement.
- Serve as a key resource for mentoring and training in all areas of branch operations.
- Handle high-level inquiries and resolve complex member issues.
- Promote a professional appearance and attitude.
- Minimum of 5 years of branch experience.
- Interpersonal skills that influence and motivate staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
