Venu+ is a leading provider of rental equipment for popular hotels, resorts, and casinos. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service via phone and email
- Process compensation for mobility equipment at Las Vegas resorts
- Coordinate commission information and liaise with accounting for accurate payments
- Perform additional administrative functions as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Data and customer service experience preferred in hospitality or entertainment industry
- Able to work a flexible schedule with regards to days and hours
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
