Job Overview

Venu+ is a leading provider of rental equipment for popular hotels, resorts, and casinos. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service via phone and email
  • Process compensation for mobility equipment at Las Vegas resorts
  • Coordinate commission information and liaise with accounting for accurate payments
  • Perform additional administrative functions as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Data and customer service experience preferred in hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Able to work a flexible schedule with regards to days and hours

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
