Customer Experience Coordinator

The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for leading the front of house team at The Cake Bake Shop. This role involves overseeing the overall operations of the front of house, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise the front of house team to ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of orders and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Have basic math skills and be able to lift/move up to 50lbs.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends and holidays as required.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year
