**Job Summary:**
The Document Processing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information and supporting documents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer data, coordinating with translators and agents, and ensuring seamless document processing and application completion.
Responsibilities:
- Input customer information and supporting documents into applications and internal systems, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM software.
- Communicate effectively with translators, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth document processing and application completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all documentation meets company and regulatory standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in document management, data entry, customer service, or CRM software utilization is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.
