Our focus is on delivering comprehensive electrical inspection services primarily for housing associations, ensuring that residential electrical systems are safe and compliant with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and address any identified issues, including rectifying C1 and C2 codes.
- Perform various installation tasks, including issuing Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs).
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Manage workload and schedules with strong organizational skills.
- Uphold health and safety standards in all work activities.
Qualifications:
- Preferred qualifications include 2391 or 2394/95 Inspection & Testing certification and 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Experience in testing within the social housing sector is highly valued.
