**Job Summary**

The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting new customers within their region, developing account acquisition strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. This role also involves managing a base of existing accounts, developing strong relationships, and growing revenues.

**Essential Responsibilities**

  • **Client Management**: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • **Communication**: Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and field inquiries.
  • **Opportunity Identification**: Identify and qualify opportunities for Secur-Serv services.
  • **Relationship Building**: Manage existing client relationships to maximize revenue retention and growth opportunities.
  • **Sales Process**: Prepare thorough and professional correspondence to customers, initiate contact via telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal visits to begin the sales process for new opportunities, and follow up as required to move prospects through the sales process.
  • **Activity Records**: Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot on a timely basis.
  • **Revenue Forecasting**: Forecast revenues for accounts and participate in related activities.
  • **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work with all facets of the organization to help meet our defined corporate objectives.
  • **Relationship Development**: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • **Industry Participation**: Attend related industry trade shows and conferences, as necessary.
  • **Sales Training**: Participate in sales training and sales meetings as necessary.
  • **Asset Management**: Use good judgment and care to maintain company assets in your possession.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • **Experience**: Minimum 3 years technology sales experience.
  • **Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organization and planning skills, ability to travel overnight 1-2 days per month, proven ability to build relationships, proven ability to demonstrate good judgment pertaining to expenses incurred, proven critical thinking skills, and a current valid driver's license.
