We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Schulte Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:- Greets guests as they arrive and provides a warm welcome
- Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
- Escorts VIPs to room and checks them in prior to arrival
- Answers the telephone within three rings with a smile and answers questions accordingly or transfers as needed
- Responsible for issued bank, counting bank at beginning and end of shift, and ensuring all cash drops are done in accordance with proper cash handling procedures
- Keeps front desk area clean and organized
- Assists with lobby activation as needed
- Utilizes proper procedures when handling guest PPI data
- Follows checklist when going through check-in or check-out with guests, always retrieving necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival
- Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries
- Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
- In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
- Minimum of High School education
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
