The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead estimator in preparing and submitting estimates for municipal, commercial, and residential projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating: Assist the lead estimator in preparing and submitting estimates for projects and services, including quantity take-offs, gathering information, and creating professional estimates and proposals.

Project Administration & Coordination: Provide administrative support for multiple on-going projects, including obtaining permits, organizing project documentation, coordinating material deliveries, and other tasks related to project execution.

Additional Tasks: Support the procurement and execution of landscape projects and services, including tasks related to project coordination and administration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are also required.
