Estimator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at CyberCoders. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating project and material costs, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate estimations based on project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing accurate and timely cost estimates.
  • Helping to develop preliminary construction schedules.
  • Reviewing project specifications and compiling data for bid proposal estimates.
  • Collaborating with other estimators, project managers, and the executive team.
  • Preparing RFPs/quote requests for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Taking part in site visits and project meetings as needed.
  • Managing assistant estimators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, construction management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of construction estimating experience.
  • Proficiency in P6, CAD, MS Office, and HCSS HeavyBid.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to commute to the office and occasional site/field visits.
  • Environmental remediation and in-situ stabilization/solidification (ISS) experience is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Salary range: $95,000 - $135,000.
