Job Summary:

The Project Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in delivering quotes and managing commercial construction jobs to municipal maintenance bids. This role requires exceptional service and teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Expediently create and deliver complete and accurate quotes to customers and team members.
* Assist in gathering paperwork for liens, packaging product submittal sheets for contractors, and orchestrating phased deliveries.
* Collaborate with team members and utilize all company resources to sell Horizon's value and provide customers with the best service and experience possible.
* Communicate daily with the Project Sales Team, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Center Managers regarding the status of customer projects.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
* Complete data input, paperwork, and internal reports in a timely fashion.
* Increase job and product knowledge, and develop industry relationships, on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

* Strong customer-service attitude.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented personality.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on serving business owners with urgent needs.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to perform business math and define problems.
* Cooperative and dependable team player with good computer and record-keeping skills.
* Ability to frequently lift and move items that weigh up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
* Possess or obtain forklift certification.
* High school diploma or GED.
* Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
* Previous customer service experience is nice to have.
* Irrigation experience is a huge plus and knowledge in other landscape products is helpful.
