Job Summary

The Physician Recruiter Consultant at CommonSpirit Health assumes primary responsibility for organizing the data associated with the recruitment process and ensuring site visits, orientation, integration, and contract agreements with new physicians are completed satisfactorily.

Key Responsibilities

Essential duties include identifying potential candidates for recruitment using various sourcing methodologies, managing a database of prospective provider candidates, and overseeing all necessary arrangements for a provider site visit to the campus and/or clinic. This includes developing and coordinating itineraries, working with CHI Health departments for onboarding, credentialing, orientation, and integration of successful candidates, and establishing a system for measuring the progress of recruitment efforts against overall plans.

Qualifications

Required education and experience include a Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare administration field or extensive recruiting experience in physician recruitment. Additionally, the individual must possess superior interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and a high degree of organization. It is also beneficial to be knowledgeable with medical group practices and have considerable initiative along with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
