About the Role:
As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering a strong candidate slate, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely updates for candidates. You will also evaluate candidate qualifications, prepare candidates for interviews, and support the healthcare professional through the placement process. Additionally, you will meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, contribute to the Atlas brand, and maintain a positive and respectful professional image.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, great time management skills, negotiation skills, and a high level of discretion and integrity. You should also have problem analysis and problem-solving skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with and/or without close supervision. If you are a multitasker, adaptable, and flexible, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
