We are committed to providing exceptional results and impeccable service to our clients. Our Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact, handling all day-to-day client interactions and managing projects to foster client success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing a book of clients, serving as their sole point of contact via text, call, and email, and using our company's core values to guide independent decisions about client accounts.
This role involves innovating new methods to improve client experience and retention, managing the entire client life-cycle, including onboarding calls, launch calls, check-ins, billing, and offboarding calls. The successful candidate will also utilize Slack for communication with the team, upsell clients on relevant products, collect client feedback, and participate in ongoing training and education in advertising/marketing.
We offer a competitive pay package, with a salary range of $45,000 - $70,000 per year, based on performance and location.
