Job Overview

The HVAC Sales Manager position is responsible for overseeing residential and contractor sales of Carrier Bryant equipment and HVAC parts. This role will be a crucial influence in securing new contractors and maintaining existing client relationships while being accountable for driving sales and maintaining a strong customer base in their territory.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze your territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs that will attract competitor accounts and new customers.
* Create and develop long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
* Manage any customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
* Proactively generate new business opportunities while developing and executing strategic plans to help grow existing customers' business.

Requirements

This role requires demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development. Equipment, parts, supplies, and light commercial HVAC experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who can manage time independently, proficient in Excel and CRM-Salesforce, and hold an associate or bachelor's degree. Three years of technical experience in HVAC is also preferred.
