Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor specializing in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies. We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. With over 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.

The HVAC Account Manager for Residential Sales oversees residential and contractor sales of Carrier Bryant equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role will be a crucial influence in securing new contractors and maintaining existing client relationships while being accountable for driving sales and maintaining a strong customer base in their territory. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Territory Analysis: Analyze your territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs that will attract competitor accounts and new customers.
Relationship Building: Create and develop long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
Customer Management: Manage any customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities while developing and executing strategic plans to help grow existing customers' business.
Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings with management to review monthly activities and progress or issues.
Digital Programs: Ability to present and manage Watsco Ventures and digital programs.
Demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development.
Equipment, parts, supplies, and light commercial HVAC experience highly preferred.
Highly motivated self-starter that can manage time independently.
Proficiency in Excel and CRM-Salesforce preferred.
associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
3 years of technical experience in HVAC preferred.
Must maintain a positive attitude and have strong customer service skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
