About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Surgery Care Affiliates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of physicians in assigned geography to identify and assess potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop and effectively communicate value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development leadership, Operations, and facility leadership to create and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Cultivate key stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
  • Understand, collaborate, and influence which cases can be migrated to SCA facilities from hospital or competing ASC.
  • Identify opportunities to implement or grow new service lines in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Canvase market for physicians to recruit, credential and on-board into the surgery centers.
  • Lead and organize physician onboarding and credentialing process with facility teams.
  • Responsible for established goals and maximizing case volume from all credentialed physicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 Year Minimum Experience in Healthcare with Proven Track Record in Business Development or Sales Related Role
  • Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) experience Preferred
