Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of Connecteam's North American mid-market customers, ensuring their sustained success. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of workforce management processes within large business environments and exceptional relational skills to foster enduring relationships with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success/account management
  • Creative, high-energy self-starter comfortable running initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of how enterprise businesses operate
  • Improve complex issues through analysis and resolution
  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills with proven business insight and judgment
  • Experience building relationships with senior business & platform stakeholders
  • Experience helping customers deploy and see the value of the products they have purchased
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively while building long-term relationships with customers

Salary and Location

Estimated salary range: $90,000-$100,000. We are accepting applications from employees working in Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, and Georgia.
