About the RoleIn this challenging position, you will oversee 5-10 enterprise accounts, delivering an exceptional experience that makes Vidsy their preferred content partner. You will work closely with our Client Solutions Team, Strategy, Creative, and Leadership Teams to rapidly scale your client accounts and deliver outstanding content.
Key Responsibilities:- Solutions Sales Expert: Listen to clients' needs and identify how Vidsy can provide a tailored solution.
- Driving Client Growth: Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, unlocking new divisions/sub-brands within your clients for Vidsy to partner with.
- Developing Client Strategy: Set ambitious targets and pinpoint growth opportunities within your accounts.
- Building Key Relationships: Strategically map out contacts within your accounts and network to connect with the right people.
- Fostering Internal Partnerships & Managing a Team: Lead from the front, get buy-in from our Creative, Strategy, and Client Solutions Teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 9+ years of industry-relevant experience in commercial roles.
- 4+ years of experience focused on growing clients and/or new business sales.
- Previous experience owning a multi-$M portfolio of business and/or a sales target.
- Prior experience managing a sales team, including successfully hitting team revenue targets and owning sales processes and practices.
- Proven success in leading and expanding large enterprise accounts, and evident ability to network through complex enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster client loyalty.
- Skilled in client discovery, mapping, and solution-based selling.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $180,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission earning typically 50% of your base when on target. Additional benefits include:
