The Counseling Service of Addison County, Inc. is seeking a skilled Facility Associate to provide building maintenance and repairs in our operations. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate buildings for needed repairs and maintenance
- Complete planned building repairs and maintenance
- Respond to work requests affecting building operations
- Assist the Facilities Manager as needed
Requirements:
- High School degree or technical certificate with three or more years of construction and/or property maintenance experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and building systems
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
