  • Provide technical support to platform employees, and assist with projects and other IT Department tasks as needed.
  • Enter all service and support work orders/tickets into IS Department tracking system.
  • Configure, deliver, and install computers and peripherals.
  • Setup and support presentations and meetings.
  • Move and install PCs as set up and take down equipment.
  • Interact with servers and communication services.
  • Complete various tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Part of on-call after-hours support rotation.
  • Travel on occasion to other offices for support and/or projects as needed, including overtime when required.
Requirements
  • Must have one-two solid years of desk-side support as well as remote experience.
  • Solid experience troubleshooting Windows and Windows applications.
  • Experience with personal computer hardware problem diagnosis.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office Suite 2016, and Office 365.
  • Worked with Active Directory.
  • A+ certification desirable, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow-up in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Experience in a corporate environment desirable.
