Job Description

IT Concepts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Install, maintain, and test computer systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, interfaces with other software applications, and compiles reports as needed
  • Monitor open tickets in our customer incident ticketing system to ensure adherence to business processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes
