Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements
  • One year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated basic computer skills and data entry
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment

This position is located at the Billings Downtown Clinic, and requires a 40-hour workweek. Intermountain Health offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our caregivers.
