Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at SCL Health. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient interactions and efficient revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve billing and insurance-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing data to inform process improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
