Child Advocacy Program Manager

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Advocacy Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating case management services for minors in care, training new case managers, and supervising the work of other case managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate case management services for minors in care, ensuring their needs are met and they receive timely and safe release services.* Train and supervise new case managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.* Provide daily supervision, mentoring, and case consultation to the case management team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.* Collaborate with the cross-functional service delivery team to coordinate safe and timely release services, addressing complex issues and finding innovative solutions.* Travel as needed to provide services to youth and families, adhering to organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.* Complete all required training and ensure the case management team completes all required training in a timely manner, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills.* Build strong relationships with assigned foster parents, supporting them in their role and providing resources to help them thrive.* Assist program staff in locating and assessing potential sponsors, gathering information and evaluating suitability.* Participate in continuous quality improvement activities, driving growth and excellence within the organization.* Actively participate in regular supervision, receiving feedback and guidance to enhance performance.* Other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
* Master's degree in social work or a comparable behavioral science field from an accredited institution, or bachelor's degree with 3 years of employment experience demonstrating supervisory and case management expertise.* A sincere commitment to serving and advocating for youth and families, with a passion for creating positive change.* Valid professional license acceptable by state or contract regulations.* Ability to drive personal vehicle, with a valid driver's license, vehicle in good working order, and insurance with $100,000/$300,000 limits.* Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.* Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, internet search, people management programs, smartphones, tablets, printers, fax machines, and photocopiers, as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
