The primary responsibility of this position is to increase sales and promote safety equipment throughout the steel industry and beyond.
- Cultivate and build a stream of prospective new commercial business by actively seeking out and self-generating leads.
- Strongly recommend our products for customers based on their individual needs.
- Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- 2+ years experience in cold calling and door to door sales with successful track record.
- Ability to nurture and grow existing client base.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
- Salary plus commission-based role Variable percent net commission
