Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Federal Security Director and staff, including preparing and reviewing documents, answering requests, and providing advice on rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Assist with payroll support, including identifying payroll issues related to time and attendance, pay, and leave, and interacting with staff to exchange information.

• Prepare, review, and modify documents, letters, memos, and reports using word processing software, and compile, track, and analyze data to support work projects.

• Develop charts and tables for reports and briefings, and interact with internal staff to share information or discuss status of tasks/assignments.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience at the SV-D or GS-6 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector, including providing payroll support and applying knowledge of at least two of the following: identifying payroll issues, interacting with staff, preparing and modifying documents, compiling and analyzing data, developing charts and tables, or coordinating travel and preparing travel orders and vouchers.

• Must possess U.S. Citizenship or be a U.S. National, and complete a favorable Background Investigation (BI).
