R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is a dynamic distributor of industrial supplies. We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle a high-volume of phone inquiries from B2B customers and Outside Sales Reps. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in product-based customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and delivery logistics
* Manage orders, including order entry and backlog management
* Provide internal support to assigned Sales Representatives
* Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions
* Assist customers with returned goods and write up returned goods authorizations
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in product-based, Business to Business customer service or phone-based support
* Minimum of 1 year experience of data entry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent data entry skills
* Results driven
* Detailed oriented
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Strong computer and organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.00 - $25.00 / Hour.
