Overview
We are a leading beverage industry company seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing off-premise account relationships in Sunnyvale and Cupertino to maximize the sales of supplier wine, beer, and spirit brands.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow off-premise account relationships to maximize sales of supplier wine, beer, and spirit brands.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company and supplier objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers.
- Ability to reach overhead, squat, and bend.
- Ability to carry and lift 45-65 pounds.

- Selects the best option from a set of defined procedures/solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations.
Benefits
- $41k salary + commission and incentives.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus.
- Mileage reimbursement at 65.5 cents per business mile driven.
