Limelight's pet-friendly accommodations are situated in various locations, including Aspen, Colorado; Snowmass, Colorado; Ketchum, Idaho; and Downtown Denver, Colorado, with new hotels set to open in Mammoth, California, and Boulder, Colorado in the near future.
Position Overview
Summary
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for transporting guests to and from various local destinations as requested by hotel departments. This role also provides support to the front desk team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport guests to designated local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk
- Inform guests about local attractions, dining options, activities, and hotel amenities during transport
- Stay informed about daily hotel operations, locations, and schedules for accurate guest guidance
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Front Desk regarding itinerary updates and guest requests
- Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained
- Perform routine cleaning of vehicles as necessary
- Check essential vehicle fluids and tire pressure regularly
- Report any vehicle issues to the Guest Services Manager
- Complete vehicle maintenance checklists as instructed
- Accurately document any incidents and accidents
- Assist the Front Desk in locating lost luggage through airline and airport services
- Drive responsibly at all times
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver's license is mandatory
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of experience in guest or customer service preferred
Additional Information
Supervision
Given: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, with tasks assigned according to established procedures and frequent checks on work quality. Instruction and assistance are readily available.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, see, hear, stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Regularly operate vehicles in various weather conditions, including bright sunlight and nighttime driving. Exposure to distracting noises and the need to navigate slippery or uneven surfaces. Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. either independently or with assistance.
