Job Title: Guest Service Manager

At The Gant Aspen, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Manager to lead our front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary

The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front office department, including leading the guest services team, providing training and education, and ensuring the highest quality services and products are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the guest services team to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest concerns and inquiries
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of front and lobby areas
  • Act as a liaison between the front office and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a 4-diamond quality hotel/resort/conference center in a managerial customer service role
  • Knowledge of property management systems and technical proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and lead a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information related to guests and employees
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand/walk 8 hours per day
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations
