POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a Guest Service Expert to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. This role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
