Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in the promotional products sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing and sustaining robust client relationships, identifying their promotional requirements, and delivering customized solutions that enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with external sales representatives to gain insights into client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the promotional products and branding sector.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
  • Understanding of promotional products, printing techniques, and branding strategies is advantageous.
