Eaton Corporation's North America Electrical Sales Division has an opening for a Sales Manager, E-commerce and National Accounts. This hybrid role is based in the United States and requires leadership and Go-To-Market expertise for the Eaton Distributed IT nationwide strategy with their channel.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the leadership and Go-To-Market of the Eaton Distributed IT nationwide strategy with their channel. This leader's team, comprised of account management professionals, is tasked with the achievement of sales plan goals, ensuring customer intimacy and satisfaction, driving market share gains, and ensuring the effective ROI of sales and marketing investment strategies with the assigned accounts/channel.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, assessment of talent, training & development, goal setting, communications, performance appraisal, and conformance to applicable company policies and standards.
  • Direct enablement KPI's that support sales plans to reach market share objectives across all support functions.
  • Collaborate to develop thought leadership for the market by developing partner value propositions, recruitment and enablement content, programs, and offers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Transform voice of customer into value propositions and leading sales / marketing tools, working closely with product marketing / management and marketing communication teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales potential.
  • Support the creation of a centralized dashboard with data coming from the various systems and distributor and partner POS reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 7 years sales/marketing, and/or E-commerce experience.
  • Strong acumen in business intelligence and analytics (Power BI).
  • Relocation is not provided.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $148,500-$217,800.
