Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant at Recruiting Firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person, interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors, and performing data entry, filing, taking meeting minutes, and other general administrative duties as assigned.
