Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at McCarthy Building Companies. This is a 100% office-based position, located at our Phoenix, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Executive Assistant to the CFO and CHRO, performing a wide range of administrative tasks including meeting planning, travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoicing. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with Concur or other online travel booking tools is preferred but not required.
