About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at The Phoenix Philanthropy Group.

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to our President, managing office operations, and coordinating projects and events.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for philanthropy.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    1. Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements for the President.
    2. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    3. Manage incoming communications and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Office Management:
    1. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    2. Develop and implement office processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Coordination:
    1. Assist in planning and executing projects, events, and meetings.
  • Team Collaboration:
    1. Build a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.
    2. Support onboarding and training for new and existing team members.
  • Research and Data Management:
    1. Maintain and organize files and databases.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
