We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in individual treatment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with flexible scheduling options and comprehensive benefits including 401K, BCBS medical plans, dental, vision, HSA with employer match, dependent care FSA, and access to the Sharecare wellness platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.

  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy to teens and adults using best practices.

  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

  • Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

  • Hold current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.

  • Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
