We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team in Tucson. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

As a Senior Mental Health Professional, you will provide high-quality mental health services to adults, including individual, couple's, and family therapy sessions, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients navigate acute and chronic conditions or concerns.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to document patient information, formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Counsel and educate patients and families about their conditions or concerns.
  • Document patient information, create treatment plans, and prescribe medications when necessary.
  • Assist with therapist intakes, order lab tests, and coordinate care with specialists.
  • Attend interdisciplinary team meetings, complete documentation, and maintain quality of care standards.
