You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to document patient information, formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
Responsibilities- Counsel and educate patients and families about their conditions or concerns.
- Document patient information, create treatment plans, and prescribe medications when necessary.
- Assist with therapist intakes, order lab tests, and coordinate care with specialists.
- Attend interdisciplinary team meetings, complete documentation, and maintain quality of care standards.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
