Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at La Frontera Arizona, Inc. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to clients with mental health issues and coordinating services to promote optimal physical and behavioral wellness.

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care services, including assessment, medication management, and case management.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify client needs and update treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Possession of a Registered Nurse license from the State of Arizona.
  • Demonstrated skill in providing comprehensive nursing care, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 403b retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement.
