Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient intake processes.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
  • Assist with daily operations, including checking in patients and receiving payments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
