Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Development:
    • Establish and sustain robust, long-lasting connections with clients.
    • Serve as the main liaison for all client accounts.
    • Comprehend clients' business objectives and challenges to provide customized solutions.
  2. Sales Strategy and Growth:
    • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities with prospective clients.
    • Engage with existing clients to enhance relationships.
    • Create strategic account plans aimed at achieving sales objectives and driving revenue.
    • Negotiate agreements and finalize deals to meet or surpass sales targets.
  3. Account Management:
    • Conduct regular client meetings to assess performance, share updates, and explore new opportunities.
    • Analyze client engagement, satisfaction, and feedback.
    • Formulate and execute strategies to boost client retention and satisfaction.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to fulfill client needs.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely service delivery.
    • Provide insights to internal teams for product and service enhancement.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and account statuses within the CRM system.
    • Generate regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage client data and sales efforts.
  6. Issue Resolution:
    • Promptly address and resolve any client concerns or issues.
    • Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their needs are prioritized.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience in selling IT services is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and projects effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Analytical skills to develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
