Job Title: Associate Account Executive/Account ExecutiveJob Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Associate Account Executive/Account Executive to join our team at Ford Business Machines. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with perspective clients, engage with current clients to grow relationships, and develop account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Account Management: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, provide updates, and discuss new opportunities, monitor and analyze client activity, satisfaction, and feedback, and develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met, coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products, and provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status within the CRM, prepare regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and forecasts, and utilize CRM software to manage client information and sales activities.
  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively, and act as an advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs are addressed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Experience selling IT services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
