Strategic Account Director

This Strategic Account Director position is responsible for driving business growth and strategy for major regional accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in consultative sales, preferably in high technology industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Build and maintain executive relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
- Manage and execute large account planning and territory management
- Forecast and manage sales performance to meet or exceed quota
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results for clients
- 10-15 years of external experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology industries
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within large multi-national companies
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value-added insights
- Comprehensive understanding of technology buying centers and industry knowledge
- Strong computer proficiency and excellent written and oral/presentation skills
