Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator

We are a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our furry friends and their human families. As a Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Greet clients, answer questions, and provide information about our services and facilities.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, process payments, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and communicate with clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure efficient and effective care for our patients.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with pet supply purchases, maintain the cleanliness of the waiting area, and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
